Fem-Cycle is a formula for the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It will help regulate estrogen, progesterone, balancing hormone levels in order to help one get back on their normal monthly cycles. It can potentially help with cramping symptoms, water retention, slow onset periods with a dull ache, lower back discomfort, and moodiness. It can also help regulate the cycle if coming off of the pill. Fem-Cycle needs to be taken for at least one month and commonly for three months in order for a more lasting change.
